Indicative monthly rents — three-bedroom houses, approximately 150 sq.m.

Germasogeia €2,300 | Limassol €2,250 | Konia €1,400 | Larnaca €1,375 | Nicosia €1,300 | Strovolos €1,300 | Paphos €1,100 | Aradippou €1,075 | Geroskipou €950 | Emba €925.

These location-specific figures are indicative and must be checked against the official September 2026 Ministry annexes before reliance. Advertised rents and concluded leases may differ substantially.
