EU and EEA citizens

EU citizens and qualifying family members who intend to remain in Cyprus for more than three months should review the applicable registration requirements. The official framework includes MEU1 registration, MEU2 residence cards for qualifying non-EU family members, and permanent residence documentation after the relevant lawful residence period.

Temporary residence for non-EU nationals
